Pump Installation

  1. The supply, installation and commissioning of a pump system depend largely on the depth of the borehole, piping and the amount of water to be pumped into the pressure requirements of the system. The borehole submersible pump will pump into a pressure tank linked to the main water supply of the borehole submersible pump, then pump out the tank using a pressure pump to the home.

Storage installation

  1. Each water tank has different needs for installation and we can help carefully in choosing the best tank. Position and prepare the base for the tank is most important. It should be close to a down-pipe, accessible, not blocking access, and unobtrusive. Gravity can offer enough pressure if you can position your water tank high enough, but you’ll probably require a pressure pump upon your property need.

OUR OPERATIONS

  • 1. Geological Survey(Assistance)

    A Geological survey accesses the geographical landscape and composition of your ground and ascertains the location and depth at which the water drilling should take place.

  • 2. Drilling Equipment Mobilization

    Mobilization of the Drilling Equipment Once payment has been settled, our drilling equipment is mobilized from our operations site to the drilling site.

  • 3. Drilling and Installation

    Upon reaching the site, our rig locates the area identified by the hydrogeologist as suitable for drilling. The machine uses a bit and a hammer to penetrate the ground and rods which further push the head of the drill towards the ground. The penetration continues until the drill reaches the required depth. The drill usually passes through a water-bearing formation as it is drilling. A casing of the borehole is usually done after the required depth is reached.

  • 4. Testing

    This stage is crucial as it conducts a chemical analysis of the water to determine is suitability for use. This is usually a 24-hour process.

  • 5. Water Collection

    As per the client requests, we can also put up a submersible/water pump, steel/plastic tanks and a water tower along with the required piping.

Types of pump installations we do:

  • 1. Submersible pumps- These kinds of pumps are utilized when the water supply is deeper than 20 feet from the surface. When you use this water pumps, water is normally pumped and then stored in tank or cistern for use whenever required.
  • 2. Surface pumps- Surface pumps are suitable where the water supply is 20 feet or less from the surface. They are great for use with shallow wells, streams, ponds or storage tanks.
  • 3. AC Pumps- AC Pumps (Alternating current) is one of the most common types of water pumps on large farms. The AC solar-powered water pump systems are usually driven by inverters producing AC power from solar panels.
